【FAQ】：PC206 Wired Keyboard

Q1: There were no response or any output when i was pressing some of keys.

A: Please try it with following steps:

• Please make sure the keyboard is unlock state. (Unlock shortcut: FN+F12)
• Please press strongly the button, in case there is any foreign matter inside of it.
• Please remove the keycap and adjust the key position.

 

Q2: The keyboard didn’t work.

A: Please try it with following steps:

• Please unplug the USB cable and re-plug it again.
• Please try a new computer and test whether it works.

 

Q3: The output delayed when i was pressing some of keys.

A: Please restart your computer first, and try it again.

 

Q4: The output is inconsistent with the button i pressed.

A: Please set the input method language to match the keyboard language.
