【FAQ】:PC176 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo
Q1: Where is the USB receiver?
A: Generally, the USB receiver is placed beside of the battery component. Please refer to the picture.
Q2: How to rematch the code?
A: For Mouse: LONG press the left button, right button and the scroll simultaneously to match the code again, till the light starts to flash.
For keyboard: LONG press the “ESC” button and “+=” button together.
Q3: The mouse didn’t work.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please make sure the USB receiver can be recognized by your computer first.
- Please make sure the mouse can be turn on. Just install a new battery correctly and try it in another USB port or computer. If yes, the light indicator will on when you click the DPI button.
- Please keep the mouse close to the USB receiver as close as possible. Make sure there are no obstacles around the mouse.
Please rematch the code for mouse:
1.Unplug and plug the battery again.
2.Long press the left, right and the scroll.
3.Make the mouse close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver
Q4: The keyboard didn’t work.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please try a new battery.
- Please unplug the USB receiver and try it with another computer.
- Please short the distance between the USB receiver and keyboard.
Please rematch the code for the keyboard:
1.Unplug and plug the battery again.
2.LONG press the “ESC” button and “+=” button together.
3.Make the keyboard close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver.
Q5: Neither mouse and keyboard didn’t work.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please unplug the receiver and try it with another USB port.
- Please make sure install the original USB receiver.
- Please rematch the code respectively for the mouse and the keyboard.
Q6: The mouse ran out battery fast.
A: Please note the lifespan was involved with the quality of battery and working frequency. Please try with brand new battery.
Q7: The scroll wheel didn’t work. The scroll wheel has no response.
A: Please try it with other applications to test whether it works again.
Q8: The mouse cursor got delay/ didn’t perform well.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please try with a new battery to test whether it works better.
- Please make sure that the distance between your mouse and the USB receiver is as close as possible.
- Please adjust the CPI to a lower level by pressing the CPI button.
- Please kindly make sure there are no other interference, such as other wireless mouse, Wi-Fi signal metal objects.
- If the USB port for inserting USB receiver is at the back of motherboard or TV, it will be better to add a extension cord to insert the USB receiver.
Q9: The cursor has no response.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please clean the bottom lens of Mouse, in case there is any dust or foreign matter;
- Please re-adjust the position of the bottom lens.
Q10: There were no response or any output when i was pressing some of keys.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please make sure the keyboard is unlock state. (Unlock shortcut: FN+F12)
- Please press strongly the button , in case there is any foreign matter inside of it.
- Please remove the keycap and adjust the key position.
Q11: The output delayed when i was pressing some of keys.
A: Please try it with following steps:
- Please restart your computer first, and install new batteries correctly for your keyboard.
- Please shorten the distance between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
- Please make sure there is no obstacle between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
