1. Replug the converting cable or change another port to plug. 2. Change another converting cable and try it again. 3. Press "S" button to select playing channel. Select corresponding channel according to the port type of connecting cable. Then select file type and corresponding file, and press "OK" button to play. 4. Wake up the displayer. 5. Change other video or picture format and try it again. |
4 | Remote Control Doesn't Work | 1. A low or dead battery. 2. Its battery is installed backwards. 3. Remote control is beyond the signal receiving range of projector (The projector receiver is located in two sides of projector's mainframe). 4. The infrared of remote control doesn't face projector receiver. |
1. Replace the battery and try it again. 2. Reinstall the battery with the correct polarity direction. 3. Try to use remote control beside projector. 4. Make infrared indicator light face the projector. |
5 | No Audio Output/No Sound | 1. Parts of audio format are not supported (The specific format is subject to each SPU). 2. VGA Port doesn't support audio signal transmission. 3. The volume of projector or playing device is set to zero. 4. The volume of projector or playing device is muted. |

6 | Can't Play Video or Pictures in Full Screen | 1. It's in preview mode instead of playing mode when playing video. 2. The zoom mode is set to 4:3, so the image has been zoomed out. |
1. Press "S" button on projector to go into full-screen playing. 2. Set the zoom mode to 16:9. Setting Instructions: Press "M" button to select zoom mode, and select 16:9. Then press "M" button to save the setting. |
7 | Can't Use PPT/WORD/TEX | 1. Chip doesn't support decode (Don't support office software via USB/SD card). | 1. Use HDMI cable to connect computer or phone, or use VGA cable to connect computer. |
8 | Noisy Fan | 1. The noise is affected by fan speed. The faster the fan runs, the louder the noise gets. The noise is also proportional to brightness. The brighter the brightness is, the greater the generating heat becomes, and the heat will lead to faster fan speed so as to bring louder noise. The dust in fan will also increase the noise. | 1. Try to use the product in a dust-free environment. 2. Clean the dust on product's surface periodically. |

12 | Black Dot on Screen/Smeared Lens | 1. There is dust deposited on the lens during use. | 1. Use the product in a dust-free environment. 2. Clean the dust on product's surface periodically. 3. Open the cover at the bottom of projector, and use the included small brush to clean. |
13 | iPhone Can't Achieve Wireless Projection | Instruction of Correct Wireless Projection: In projection mode, turn on your phone WIFI. Search "Projector-XXXX" and connect it (When using for the first time, you need to enter WIFI password "12345678" for connection). Turn on "Screen Mirroring" on your phone, and select "Projector-XXXX-ITV" to achieve projection. If you want to exit from the projection, select "stop mirroring" on the phone setting directly. 1. The phone is too far from the projector to connect its WIFI. 2. Abnormal operation of phone results in the failure of its WIFI connection 3. Abnormal operation of projector results in the failure of its WIFI connection. 4. Projector isn't set to projection mode. |

14 | iPhone Can't Achieve Wired Projection | Instructions of Correct Wired Projection: In projection mode, plug original data cable of iPhone into IN2 USB port of projector.When using for the first time, you need to click “Trust” in the popup window on your phone. Pull out the data cable directly if you want to exit from the projection. 1. Your original data cable is malfunctioning. 2. Plug the cable into the wrong port such as IN1. This port is not equipped with projection function. 3. Loose contact between USB port and data cable or phone port with data cable. 4. Abnormal operation of phone results in malfunction of wired projection. 5. Abnormal operation of projector results in malfunction of wired projection. 6. Projector isn't set to projection mode. |

15 | Android Phone Can't Achieve Wireless Projection | Instructions of Correct Wireless Projection: In projection mode,turn on WIFI and mobile data traffic on your phone. Turn on "Wireless Projection" on phone (Different phone brands have different names for this function). Select "Projector-XXXX" to achieve wireless projection. If you want to exit from the projection, select "Disconnect" in the setting directly. 1. The phone is too far from the projector to connect its WIFI. 2. Abnormal operation of phone results in the malfunction of wireless projection. 3. Abnormal operation of projector results in the malfunction of wireless projection. 4. Projector isn't set to projection mode. 5. Phones of Google brands don't support this function. 6. Android phones need to download extra APP for wireless connection. It's not suggested to use wireless connection. |

16 | iPhone & Android Phones Can't Achieve DLNA Wireless Projection | Instructions of Correct DLNA Wireless Projection: In wireless projection mode, turn on WIFI on the phone. Search WIFI name "Projector-XXXX" and connect it (WIFI Password: 12345678). Then open the browser on your phone and enter an IP address “192.168.49.1”to search. Then you will go into "WIFI AP" interface and enter "Scan" interface then. Select WIFI name of your home and connect it. Turn on phone video App and play video. At the upper right corner of video playing interface, there is "Projection" function. Then select projection device (Home WIFI Name + DMR) to achieve projection. If you want to exit from the projection, select "Exit From Projection" on phone App directly. Note: If you're going to change your home WIFI connection in the future, you need to go into projection interface of projector and find out the IP address at the upper right corner, and search this IP address on your phone browser. Then go into "WIFI AP" interface and select "Disconnect" to disconnect with previous home WIFI name (No IP address will be showed at the upper right corner of projector if it's disconnected successfully). Then set it again as before. 1. Phone is too far from projector to connect to its WIFI. 2. Phone is too far from home router to connect to its WIFI. 3. Phone is unable to connect to home WIFI because of the abnormal operation of home router. 4. Abnormal operation of phone results in the failure of App wireless projection. 5. Abnormal operation of projector results in the failure of App wireless projection. 6. Part of phone video Apps don't support wireless projection. 7. Projector isn't set to projection mode. 8. Phones of Google brands don't support wireless projection. 9. Netflix App doesn't support iPhone DLNA wireless projection. |
1. Take phone close to projection for WIFI connection. 2. Take phone close to router for WIFI connection. 3. Reboot router and try it again. 4. Reboot phone and try it again. 5. Reboot projector and try it again. 6. Change other phone App and try it again, or change different phone projection methods. 7. Set projector's mode to projection mode. 8. It's suggested to use other ports of projector for data transmission (eg. Copy the video to U disk or computer first then connect these devices to projector for video playing). 9. It's suggested to achieve wired projection with original iPhone data cable or MDHI cable, or use WIFI wireless projection. |
17 | Bluetooth Can't Be Connected | Instruction of Correct Bluetooth Connection: Turn on projector. Press "M" to enter setting interface. Find "Bluetooth" and press "OK" to make its state turn into "ON". Then select "Bluetooth Device" and press "OK" to enter. Turn on your Bluetooth device such as Bluetooth headphone or Bluetooth speaker. Find the Bluetooth name of your device on projector and press "OK" to connect. After successful connection, the name of connected Bluetooth device will be displayed in the "Bluetooth Device" of projector. 1.This function is not available for Apple AirPods 2. 2.Too far connecting distance. 3.The connected Bluetooth device such as phone belongs to transmitting terminal, so it's unable to be connected because the projector Bluetooth also belongs to transmitting terminal. 4.The Bluetooth device you're going to connect is malfunctioning. 5. Projector is malfunctioning. 6. Beyond pairing time (Both Bluetooth device and projector have a fixed pairing time). |
1. Use other Bluetooth device and try it again. 2. Take Bluetooth device close to projector and try it again. 3. Choose Bluetooth device of receiving terminal for connection (eg. Bluetooth headphone or Bluetooth speaker). 4. Reboot Bluetooth device and try it again. 5. Reboot projector and try it again. 6. Finish the pairing within the fixed pairing time. Repeat the pairing steps again if it exceeds the pairing time. |
18 | Bluetooth Can't Be Reconnected | 1. This Bluetooth device is not the last device connected with projector before, or the Bluetooth of last pairing device isn't turned on first (Projector can only remember the record of one pairing device). | 1. Turn on the Bluetooth of last pairing device first, and turn on projector's Bluetooth then. |
